AGM University Metro Orlando at roundtable with Osceola School Board Superintendent Shanoff

Ana G. Mendez University was honored to be part of the Puerto Rican Chamber of Commerce of CFL 1st Roundtable with new Osceola County School District Superintendent Dr. Mark Shanoff. As a Hispanic Serving Institution, we are excited to partner with a County School Board that represents and educates so many of our Hispanic youth in Florida.

As Chair of the PRCCC's Education Committee, Ana G. Mendez University was represented by EVP, Nicholas Natalizio and Metro Orlando Campus Director Suheily Martinez.

Domestic Violence Forum and Gallery at AGM University Metro Orlando Campus

"The more information we provide to the community, the safer we are," said Evelyn Herrera-Jackson, director of Help Now of Osceola, Inc., an organization dedicated to providing support to victims of domestic violence.

AGM University, Metro Orlando campus. presented its gallery and film forum in support of domestic violence survivors. This exhibition was organized by the students and faculty of the Master of Social Work program.

AGM UNIVERSITY EVP Nicholas Natalizio expert panelist at Orlando Magic’s Hispanic Business Summit

The Ana G. Mendez University had the privilege to be invited by partner Orlando Magic to participate at the Hispanic Business Summit at the Amway Center. Our Executive Vice President, Nicholas Natalizio shared his expertise and knowledge on the diversity of our Hispanic community in CFL, as well as the benefits of higher-education and its economic impact to a full house of community partners including Orange County, Florida Government Mayor Demings, City of Orlando - Government Orlando Mayor Buddy Dyer.

UnidosUS hosts HOME Initiative Event at Ana G. Méndez University 

The Ana G. Méndez University Metro Orlando Campus was honored to be the location for a rountable presentation by UnidosUS of the HOME (Home Ownership Means Equity) initiative, a new project that seeks to influence systemic change and catalyze the creation of four million new Latino homeowners by 2030. The city of Orlando is part of the first cohort of five cities with large Latino population chosen for the program.

Ana G Mendez University Wears Pink to Support Breast Cancer Awareness

Ana G. Mendez University South Florida Campus was proud to have been a part of the South Florida Hispanic Chamber of Commerce's Luncheon in honor of Breast Cancer awareness month with keynote speaker Senator Rick Scott. A special thanks to SFLHCC President Liliam Lopez and her team for such a great event for a worthy cause. Let's continue to raise awareness and support those affected by breast cancer.
