AGMU Celebrates Calle 8 With The South Florida Community

Ana G. Méndez University (AGMU) participated in the Calle 8 Festival in Little Havana, one of Miami’s most iconic and multicultural events. During the festival, attendees enjoyed live music, cultural traditions, and flavors from around the world, while our team shared information about the university’s academic programs and professional development opportunities.

We extend our gratitude to the entire South Florida campus team, who, regardless of the weather, gave their best to ensure that participants learned about the academic programs and services offered by our university.

AGMU and Big Brothers Big Sisters Maintain Alliance in Favor of Our Youth

As part of the alliance between Ana G. Méndez University (AGMU) and the organization Big Brothers Big Sisters of Broward County, our president, Dr. José F. Méndez Méndez, participated as one of the speakers at the event Déjà Vu: Drift Away to Summer.

The evening also served as an opportunity for attendees to meet the participants of the Presidential Class at our Miami Lakes campus; a group of college students who receive direct mentorship from our president and individual support to pursue new personal and professional goals.
