2003
The SUAGM opened its first campus in the United States, the Metro Orlando Campus, in Florida.
2006
The SUAGM opened its second campus in the United States, the South Florida Campus, to serve the educational needs of the Hispanic population.
2010
The SUAGM opened the Tampa Bay Campus.
2012
The SUAGM opened the Capital Area Campus in Maryland.
2013
The Ana G. Méndez University – Virtual Campus was established.
2015
The Dallas Area Campus was inaugurated.
2016
- The Board of Directors names Dr. José F. Méndez González as President Emeritus and Dr. José F. Méndez Méndez as President of the SUAGM.
