Ana G. Méndez University – Tampa Bay Campus held its New Student Orientation, a welcoming session where incoming students learned about the university’s academic programs, student support services, and essential processes to begin the semester.

Esta clase inaugural no solo marca el comienzo de un nuevo programa, sino que representa una verdadera inversión en el potencial, el talento y el futuro de nuestros estudiantes.

Constitution Day commemorates the signing of the United States Constitution, on September 17, 1787. Educational Institutions receiving Federal Funding (federal grants, federal student loans or federal work study) are required by the US Department of Education, to participate in providing an educational program or activities about the United States Constitution, for its students.

The Latin Chamber of Commerce of the Gulf Coast paid a heartfelt tribute to Doña Ana G. Méndez, founder of our institution, by posthumously presenting her with the Woman Who Builds Award—a distinction that highlights her visionary legacy and the profound impact she made in higher education for thousands of Hispanic students in the United States and Puerto Rico.

At The SUMM 2025, Ana G. Méndez University became a hub for hundreds of students eager to build their future. It was a day filled with guidance, motivation, and inspiration, where every conversation opened the door to new academic and professional possibilities.

Participants had the opportunity to explore the careers and programs that could define their path, engaging in experiences connected to the professions they aspire to pursue. More than information, they received personalized guidance and encouragement—an essential boost to move forward with confidence in their goals.
